Credit Application Authorization

Flip A Whip LLC provides the technology used to collect and deliver credit applications. Flip A Whip is not a lender, does not run credit reports through the app, and does not decide whether an applicant is approved for financing.

Your application

When you submit this form, you are requesting consideration for vehicle financing through the individual identified on your application as the app holder. You authorize that app holder to receive your application and share it with financing businesses and prospective lenders for the purpose of seeking financing for you.

Credit report authorization

By checking the authorization box and submitting your application, you authorize the financing businesses and prospective lenders that receive your application to obtain and use your consumer credit report and verify the information you provided, when they have a lawful basis to do so, for the purpose of evaluating your vehicle financing request.

You also authorize the app holder to request or review your credit report for this financing request only if the app holder is independently authorized and legally permitted to do so. This authorization does not give an app holder access to credit reports through Flip A Whip.

Credit checks may appear as inquiries on your credit report and may affect your credit score. Your application may be shared with more than one prospective lender. Submitting it does not guarantee approval, an interest rate, or any other financing terms.

Your information

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are submitting your own application. A co-applicant must review this authorization and provide their own consent.

The app holder and any financing business or lender that receives your information are responsible for their own use and handling of that information. Flip A Whip is responsible for its handling of information through its platform, as described in the Flip A Whip Privacy Policy.
